Pearls from the Bible 47

Who doesn't like to be powerful? We can see children going after superheroes and adults after movie heroes. Why should we go after them when we've been given power over everything by God? If you are a prayerful person, you are a powerful person too. Because, God Himself joins you if you pray together with someone. Do you have friends who pray with you? Pray to God for such friends, brothers, or sisters.

Jesus says in Matthew 18 verses 18 and 29 as follows: 'And so I tell all of you: What you prohibit on earth will be prohibited in heaven, and what you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven. And I tell you more: whenever two of you on earth agree about anything you pray for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, I am there with them.

'Hey friend, we are at the end of the year 2023. Are you tired of anything that overpowers you and takes away your peace? Bind it in Jesus' name and release yourself from its grip. Join a friend, pray together, and may the Holy Spirit fill you with oneness, permitting what you ask for in His name.

Dear God, grant us the desire to pray together as friends. Help us take charge of our prayer lives. We bind all thoughts and spirits that work against us and our peace. We release the joy of heaven into our lives. May nothing hinder this prayer as we pray in Your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
